Can I merge SKUs synced to Cogsy?
Yes, you can merge multiple SKUs into one SKU in Cogsy.
How can I do it?
1. Click the Settings icon you see on the Products page:
2. Select the products you want to merge and click the "Merge Products" button
3. Then, select the main product so that the remaining products will be merged into the main product:
What will happen after merging the SKUs?
The inventory levels and predictions (sales and stock) from these SKUs will be merged onto the main SKU. The merge action also triggers a task which will go through order and Purchase Order line items to map these to the new SKU.
Currently, the predictions rerun for merged SKUs runs twice a week but we are trying to trigger it more often.
